All services are provided remotely by our team of professionals under managed packages as outlined on our pricing page.

03Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information required to complete the services.
• Ensure all credentials, access, and assets shared with HighLevel Virtual are legitimate and authorized.
• Review deliverables promptly and provide feedback within a reasonable time frame.
• Not misuse or share proprietary methods, systems, or automation setups developed by HighLevel Virtual.

04Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments can be made via Credit Card, Stripe, or Payoneer through our secure checkout.
• Services are billed according to the selected plan (hourly or monthly).
• Upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations can be requested anytime by contacting our support team at [email protected].
• All fees are non-refundable except where otherwise stated under our Refund Policy.

05Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied within 14 days of starting your service, you may request a refund by emailing [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once approved and are issued to the original payment method.

06Intellectual Property

All content, materials, systems, and assets created by HighLevel Virtual remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client.

You may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our proprietary frameworks, templates, or systems without written permission.

07Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All information, credentials, and project data shared with us are kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering agreed-upon services.

• NDA: All VAs have signed Non-Disclosure Agreements.
• Data Handling: Client data is used only for assigned tasks.

08Limitation of Liability

HighLevel Virtual shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

While we take every step to ensure quality and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

09Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time. Upon termination, all unpaid fees become immediately due, and any ongoing projects or access to systems will be paused until settlement.

10Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11Updates to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly.
