By using HighLevel Virtual’s services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We offer:
Virtual assistant services (administrative, marketing, customer support, etc.).
Custom business support based on client-submitted requirements.
Services are provided remotely by pre-vetted professionals.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete information for task execution.
Securely share access to tools/accounts (e.g., CRM, email) without exposing passwords.
Notify us immediately of any security breaches related to shared access.
4. Payments & Billing
Fees: As per the selected plan (monthly based).
Invoices: Sent monthly; due within 7 days.
Late Payments or Hours Exceed: 2% monthly interest or service suspension.
Refunds: Unused prepaid hours refundable within 14 days of payment, minus:
Transaction fees
Any utilized service hours
5. Confidentiality
NDA: All VAs sign Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Data Handling: Client data is used only for assigned tasks.
Breach Penalties: Liability for unauthorized disclosure by the client.
6. Intellectual Property
Client Materials: You retain ownership of provided content/data.
Deliverables: Rights transfer upon full payment.
Our Tools: Templates, scripts, and processes remain our property.
7. Termination
By Client: 30-day written notice; pay for services rendered.
By Us: Immediate termination for breach (e.g., non-payment, misuse).
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).
Issues caused by client-provided tools/information.
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters).
9. Dispute Resolution
Mediation: Required before legal action.
Governing Law: Karachi, Pakistan laws apply.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms; changes are effective when posted.
